Secret Burger Freakz Builds

Sheetz has no official secret menu. But the MTO system lets you stack anything. These are the five builds regulars order by name.

The Fry Stack

Beef patty, cheddar, bacon, Sheetz Fryz loaded on top, Boom Boom sauce, classic bun. Adds crunch and heat in every bite.

The Mozz Monster

Double mozzarella sticks, provolone, marinara, beef patty, pretzel bun. Closest thing to a burger and a pizza at the same time.

The Smoky Cowboy Waffle

Nordic waffle, beef patty, BBQ sauce, cheddar, fried onion rings, bacon. Smoky and sweet with a waffle base.

The Boom Boom Melt

Beef patty, pepper jack, Boom Boom sauce, jalapeños, banana peppers, toasted bagel bun. Hot build for spice lovers.

The Vegan Stack

Beyond Meat patty, avocado, lettuce, tomato, sriracha mayo, classic bun. No dairy, no meat, full flavor.

Vegan & Vegetarian Burger Options

Sheetz added Beyond Meat to all locations in late 2019. Here is how to build a fully vegan order.

The Beyond Burger uses plant protein and mimics the texture of beef. You order it the same way on the MTO screen. Choose the plant-based patty and build from there.

For a fully vegan build: Beyond Meat patty, classic bun or no bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard or ketchup. Avoid cheese and Boom Boom sauce if staying dairy-free.

Kinda Vegan Burger: Sheetz marketing once used this term to point out that almost any burger becomes vegan when you skip meat and dairy on the MTO screen. It is not a named item, but the build is always available.

Final Thoughts

Sheetz burgers work because the system gives you real control. You are not picking from a fixed combo board. You start with a fresh beef patty and build from scratch, every time, at any hour.

Start with the Boss Bacon Burger or the Big Mozz if you want a safe, well-liked pick. Try the Cowboy Burger if you want bold smokiness. Go for the Nordic waffle bun if you want something different. Build a custom Freakz creation if you know what you like.
